Privacy
stamps.sh handles private writing, postal addresses, payment status, and mail status. We keep what is needed to send the letter, support it, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
Addresses and letter content
Addresses and letter content are used to preview, price, print, mail, and support the letter.
Public pages do not show letter content, postal addresses, or order history.
Payment data
Card entry happens with the payment processor. stamps.sh stores payment status, amount, timing, and receipt information, but not card numbers.
Logs
Logs may include timestamps, page visits, short mail references, and basic status updates. Logs should not include letter bodies, full postal addresses, payment links, or card details.
Retention
Letter, address, payment, and mail records may be retained while needed for delivery, receipts, support, abuse prevention, or legal obligations.
